Crypton just announced the next Vocaloid2, Megurine Luka, who is out 1/30/09.

Her voice sample is Asakawa Yuu (whom I love for doing Love Hina’s Motoko and Azumanga Daioh’s Sakaki), and Luka’s voice is billed as being “cool” and “husky”. Also she can apparently sing in English as well! (We’ll see about that, hmmm.) It amuses [...]
